Exchanges and returns: At RIA, we are committed to the quality of our products. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase from our point of sale (POS), with the original receipt.
• Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
• The refund or exchange amount will be based on the original purchase price as shown on the receipt.
• Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued only to the original card used.
• Cash refunds are available only for purchases made with cash.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
