At RIA, we take pride in the quality of our products, but if you are dissatisfied, we offer a return or exchange policy. This policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Refunds or exchanges are possible within 14 days of the purchase date from our point of sale (POS), provided the original receipt is presented.

• Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for unopened, unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

• The refund value or exchange is determined based on the purchase price indicated on the original receipt.

• Refunds for credit card purchases will only be credited to the original card used for payment.

• Cash purchases will only be refunded in cash.

• Gift cards are not eligible for returns or cash redemption.

• Delivery fees are nonrefundable.
